Take part in our annual Community Reception to celebrate Philanthropy!
Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025 at 6 pm at the PRV Carousel House. Everyone is welcome as we celebrate philanthropy and honor Gil and Vicki Moutray with the Foundation Legacy Award!
Heavy Hors d’oeuvres will be served and a cash bar will be available. Admittance is free, however, to attend you must RSVP by Sept. 3 by calling (575) 887-1131.

Gil and Vicki Moutray recipients of the 2025 Carlsbad Community Foundation Legacy Award
We’re excited to announce Gil and Vicky Moutray as the 2025 recipients of the Carlsbad Community Foundation Legacy Award! Our highest philanthropic honor, the award will be presented during Community Giving Week at the Foundation’s annual community reception. The event will be from 6-8 pm on Sept. 11, 2025 at the Pecos River Village Carousel House. To attend you must register by calling (575) 887-1131 by Sept. 3. We hope to see you there!

In memory of William “Billy” Grandi
The family of Billy Grandi has requested Tribute gifts in his memory be made to the Kelsey Davis Memorial Scholarship in lieu of flowers. We offer our condolences to all of Mr. Grandi’s family and friends. He will be remembered fondly by generations in our community.
